This machine is suitable for the filling of double-color spiral disc or column lip balm, eye shadow cream, lipstick, lipstick and other paste raw materials. The filling speed is fast and accurate, with the advantages of fast filling speed, high quantitative accuracy, simple operation, easy cleaning and so on.

• The machine adopts piston filling method, and the quantitative error is small. The nozzle has a suction device, so there will be no residual material.
• The material barrel is a double-layer barrel, and the heat is added to the material body by adding thermal oil in the double layer. The motor is used for stirring, which can effectively control the stirring speed and make the material body heated uniformly in 360 degrees
• The places where the material passes (material nozzle, pump, cylinder) are equipped with separate digital temperature control, which is suitable for temperature adjustment when heating different materials
• The rotary operation method has 16 work stations and an induction double lifting filling system, which can set the filling height according to the height of the packaging material. Combined with adjustable rotating work stations, it is more practical and fast
• Using PLC program control, the set parameters (quantity, time, temperature control setting) are all set by PLC interface, which can accurately set the required capacity.
